DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025 Launch: If you want to buy a house in Delhi, then there cannot be a better chance than this. Tomorrow i.e. on Tuesday, the Delhi Development Authority is going to launch its premium housing scheme 2025. In addition to luxury houses in this scheme of DDA being launched on August 26, there are mid -range and affordable houses, which are starting from Rs 38 lakh.

These flats of DDA will be found on the first come, first serve basis. They will be e-auction on Tuesday. However, the most important thing is that these flats will be ready to move, that is, the flat will be yours and you will be able to live in it. Whereas in DDA schemes, people who bought flats had to wait for construction.

How are the flats?
Three types of flats will be found in this scheme. In this, for HIG i.e. high income group, from luxury flat to middle income group i.e. MIG flat, which has two BHK flats, besides LIG category flats can also be purchased. All these flats in Delhi’s Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Rohini and Jasola Sector 9B
Are. There is also a facility of two wheeler and four wheeler parking with each project. All these flats are ready to move.

Where are the flats part of the scheme?

High-Ekam Group (HIG) Flats

Their location is Vasant Kunj, Dwarka and Jasola Sector 9-B. The total unit here is 39. Their price ranges from Rs 1.64 crore to Rs 2.54 crore.

Middle-Incoming Group (MIG) Flats

All these flats are available in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagari, Dwarka and Pitampura. They have a total of 48 units. While their price starts from Rs 60 lakh and is Rs 1.5 crore (base price).

Low-Incoming Group (LIG) Flats
A total of 22 units LIG flats are located in Rohini. Their base price has been kept from Rs 39 lakh to Rs 54 lakh. It contains One BHK flats.

Self-Financing Scheme (SFS) flats

These flats will be under the Self Financing Scheme and are in Rohini Sector 18 and Shalimar Bagh. Their base price has been kept from Rs 90 lakh to Rs 1.07 crore.

Expandable housing scheme
Pocket 9 of Dwarka has a total of 66 units of these flats. Their reserve price: starts from Rs 38.7 lakh and the final price will decide the e-auction.

How to apply?

The scheme is formally launched on 26 August. On this day, you can apply for e-auction of flats by visiting DDA’s website. Also, you can join the e-auction and find the best home for yourself.
