CUET UG 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the rescheduled CUET UG 2024 exam today i.e. on May 29 at Delhi, Silchar and other centers. NTA has rescheduled the CUET UG 2024 examinations on May 15 at Delhi center and May 24 for Silchar candidates to May 29, 2024. Apart from this, the examination of the candidates affected due to unavoidable circumstances at some centers in Kanpur, UP, Siwan, Bihar, Indore, MP, Goa will also be conducted today.
NTA had rescheduled CUET and 2024 Wrong CUET question paper was distributed for Kanpur centre, As wrong CUET question paper was distributed at the exam centre. times of India As per reports, around 1.58 lakh candidates will appear for the CUET UG exams today.
CUET UG 2024 Exam Timings:
CUET UG exams will be conducted in four shifts- Shift 1A from 10 am to 11 am, Shift 1B from 12.15 pm to 1 pm, Shift 2A from 3 pm to 3.45 pm and Shift 2B from 5 pm to 6 pm.
There are 63 test papers being offered this year in CUET (UG) 2024. The duration of the test will be 45 minutes except for subjects like Accountancy, Economics, Physics, Computer Science/Informatics Practice, Chemistry, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics and General Test, where the duration will be 60 minutes. The tentative date given by NTA on CUET UG 2024 results is June 30.
Exam Guidelines for Students:
Candidates are advised to reach the examination centre on time i.e. one and a half hour before the commencement of the examination.
Candidates are required to produce the following documents at the exam centre on the day of exam: a printed copy of the admit card, along with a completed self-declaration (undertaking) obtained from the NTA website (clearly printed on A4 size paper), a passport size photograph, any authorized photo identity card, and a PwBD certificate issued by an authorized medical officer.
Candidates are prohibited from bringing any items such as study material (printed or written), bits of papers, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, scale, writing pad, pen drive, eraser, log table, electronic pen/scanner etc. to the examination centre.
Use of any communication devices like mobile phones, Bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, health band is also prohibited.
Wallets, spectacles, handbags, belts, hats, watches/wristwatches, bracelets, cameras, jewellery/metal items, open or packed food items, water bottles are also not allowed.
Candidates are not allowed to wear light clothes with long sleeves. However, if candidates arrive at the exam centre wearing cultural or traditional attire, they must report at least one hour before the final reporting time. This gives the candidate enough time to be thoroughly frisked without discomfort, while also maintaining the integrity of the exam.
Wearing slippers and sandals with low heels is permitted, but wearing shoes is not permitted.
