CUET UG 2024: The official last date for submission of online applications for the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate courses (CUET UG 2024) announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) is tomorrow i.e. 5th April. Interested candidates should note that the registration link will remain active till 9.50 PM on the above date, after which NTA window will deactivate the link.
As per the revised schedule, candidates can register their online applications for the entrance examination till April 11 (9:50 pm) on the official website of applying for CUET UG 2024, exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.
Before the earlier deadline extension, the last date for online submission was March 26. CUET-(UG) 2024 deadline was later extended till March 31, now the last date has been extended by 5 more days.
Earlier on March 17, the UGC chief had informed that there will be no change in the schedule of the entrance examination in view of the Lok Sabha elections, as per the announcement, CUET-UG 2024 will be conducted between May 15 to May 31, 2024. First.
UGC Chairman had said that the date sheet of CUET UG 2024 will be released after the completion of the registration process.

In another development, the National Testing Agency informed that as per the direction of UGC and CBSE, NTA introduced two additional subjects (Fashion Studies and Tourism) in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) – 2024 to promote skill subjects. NTA further said, “Candidates should note that those who have already submitted their online application form for CUET (UG) – 2024 can also add these subjects during the correction period. However, to select more subjects the candidate will have to pay additional fees (if applicable).”
The entrance exam is expected to be scheduled between May 15 to May 31, 2024 (tentative). The results will be declared tentatively on June 30, 2024.

Exam Scheme:
There will be 33 languages and 29 subjects. The candidate can choose any subject/language as per the wish of the applicable University/Organization. The candidate will have to attempt 40 questions out of 50 in each language paper.
Common Test: For any graduate program/programmes offered by universities where a common test is being used for admission. The candidate will have to solve 50 questions out of total 60.
