Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has opened applications for recruitment to 20 posts including Assistant Engineer, Assistant Administrative Officer, Assistant Fire Officer and Accountant. As per the official notification, eligible candidates can apply between October 4 to October 30. CSL Recruitment 2024: Age Limit

Candidates age should be up to 45 years as on October 30, 2024. The maximum age restriction is flexible up to three years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates and five years for SC/ST persons. The upper age limit for CSL applicants working regularly has been further reduced by two years.

CSL Recruitment 2024: Application Fee

Application fee Rs. Candidates have to pay Rs 700 (non-refundable, plus bank charges) online through online application facility by 30th October. Notably, there is no application fee for applicants under Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST). PwBD category applicants are exempted from paying the application fee for the posts of Assistant Administrative Officer and Accountant.

Step 2. Create an account and provide the required information in the application form.

Step 3. Make sure that you have uploaded all the required documents and certificates.

Step 4. Use online payment options like UPI or debit/credit card to pay the application fee.

CSL Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

The selection process involves 2 stages:

Phase I: An online examination of 40 marks each for objective and descriptive type. The objective type online examination of 45 minutes will be divided into two sections: General (Part A) will consist of questions from General Knowledge, General English, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude and Part B will be discipline related.

Phase II: Work Experience PowerPoint Presentation (20 Marks)
