Honor Zia Ahmed of Olives Hotel says that Mutton Barra is actually a kind of dry dish which is also special to prepare.
To make mutton barra, thick mutton grinds are first taken, they are washed well and kept on the side and then papaya papaya is taken to make ginger-garlic paste, curd, lemon juice, black pepper, red chilli, salt, garam masala and meat soft to make it. After this, the pieces of mutton are added to these spices and are marinated for about two hours so that the taste of the spices comes down inside the mutton.
Wonderful taste cooked on low flame
After marinette, the pieces of mutton are cooked on low flame of coal by applying iron sek. This special method makes Mutton Barra different from other mutton dishes.
