Pear and prunes
Ralston said, “Eat a pear or two prunes in a day. They are high in sorbitol, a natural laxative that softens the stool, and makes the speed easier to pass,” Ralston said.
dried figs
He said, “6 dried figs eat. They give you about 8 grams of fiber-soluble and insoluble-which raises and softens your stool. It is about one-third of your daily protein needs.”
Kiwis
Rhalston added, “Eat two kiwi. Kiwi contains an enzyme called actinidin, which helps in pushing food through the intestines and breaking the protein.”
Isabgol
“And if you really want to clean your stomach, take Isabol. It is packed with soluble fiber – 2 tablespoons and you are sorted,” Ralston concluded.
What is swelling and constipation?
Bloating is a common issue faced by many – this occurs when the stomach feels highly complete. Bloating can occur for several reasons – from constipation to the outbreak from the bacteria of the small intestine.
