Jodhpur. The 26th mass marriage ceremony was organized by Ghanchi Mahasabha Jodhpur with the aim of promoting social unity and goodwill. This program was held at Adarsh ​​Vidya Mandir in Pratapnagar, Jodhpur, where in this function a call was also given not to take or give dowry. As the evening approached, the wedding processions reached the pandal decorated with colorful lights, accompanied by the sound of drums. Marriages of 17 couples were completed with Vedic chanting.

Mahasabha President Rajendra Kumar Solanki said that apart from Jodhpur, brides and grooms from Rani, Sojat, Samdari and Mokalsar also participated in this event. Organizer of the organizing committee Kishanlal Borana said that all the arrangements for the mass marriage were made by different committees. The groom and the groom were welcomed with flower showers in the programme. On this occasion, couples who got married in the second mass marriage ceremony organized in 1998 were also honoured.
