After being dragged into the trial of Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones, who was allegedly named as one of Sean Combs’s sex workers, and linked to pink cocaine charges, Yung Miami (Careshaw) finds no No relief has been received. On April 8, she lashed out at her fellow City Girls member, JT (Jatavia), for “secretly insulting her”. And now, the City Girls are feuding — looking like a broken musical duo, even though they haven’t officially gone their separate ways.
It’s been just a few months since Yung Miami and JT released their last studio album, Raw, in October 2023. However, the scene fell apart on Monday when Miami took to her ex’s (formerly Twitter) handle to reportedly make some heavy allegations against her bandmate. ,
What happened here?
City Girls – Yung Miami and JT Feud
Some of the underlying drama came to light online when Caressha tweeted: “Now*** he’s been silently shaming me for weeks and I’m not saying what the fuck now*** he’s mad at me??? ??!!!!! , From there, his online tweet attack intensified.
Soon after, another comment appeared on his page: “I don’t envy any soul, I’m always like GO!!! I clap for everybody, I show love to everybody‼️ It’s not that I didn’t show love!!!!!”
Eventually he removed JT’s name in his next tweet. “It’s crazy for you to come here and try to play the victim! Jatavia, you have been silently defaming me for the last few days!!! He started. Careysha accused JT of making two songs to humiliate her. She claimed she supported her bandmate through it all and “showed him love” – but that’s no longer the case.

Eventually, the accused party joined his barrage of tweets and began cross-examining him about which songs he allegedly disliked. Miami replied, “No bars and sideways.” She keeps repeating out loud that she has been “nothing but a friend” to JT.
As soon as she did so, fans’ anger erupted in the comments. While some seemed concerned about their fallout, others chose to side with the narrative, leaving the hip-hop duo and its fans divided online.
Jatavia took command of Twitter. Upon receiving Caresha’s response, he limited his actions to mere “attention-seeking” tactics. Addressing alleged “stealth disses” in her solo tracks (No Bars and Sideways), JT was surprised to see such allegations as none of the songs directly mentioned Careysha.
“Oh wow, you are really losing it! If you thought so, why didn’t you talk to me about it? You came here and said LOL so people could ask why you weren’t defending me,” JT tweeted, quoting Miami’s previous response.
The feud dragged on while many wondered why this unnecessary beef was not settled privately. Fans were also shocked by Yung Miami’s claims when she was previously rapping over the same songs on social media, only to later portray JT as a villain.

Jatavia mocked her bandmate’s accusations and tweeted: “Girl the internet told you which song was about you saying “it’s city girl shit, even when it’s not city girl shit” which was Was released under City Girls or whatever it says Riding alone but I’m still in a group? Whatever it is Get your phone back, baby, don’t play with me!”
JT is currently on his first solo tour and recently had a constant tweet battle with internet personality KenBarbie. This happened after a video of Jatavia criticizing the DJ, who had allegedly harassed her for repeatedly twerking, surfaced online. As a result, KenBarby accused him on social media, claiming that the artist had “her City Girls heels hanging out.”
Miami, on the other hand, is releasing her new single, CFWM, on Wednesday, April 10.
