Tantra successfully organized its first annual awards ceremony to enhance team spirit and recognize achievements in 14 categories.
Vadodara, India , January 11, 2024 , prlog –TNTRA, a leading software product engineering company, happily announces the successful conduct of its inaugural annual awards ceremony on December 26, 2023. The objective of the event was to celebrate achievements while promoting unity and collaboration among the teams.
The primary goal of the day-long event was to celebrate the achievements of our team members. The event serves as a platform to motivate our talented experts to recognize their inherent potential and strive for higher professional excellence. Thus, we successfully reinforced our commitment to continuous improvement.
Moreover, the flow of the program was such that professionals got ample opportunities to network and talk beyond the scope of work and hence break their boundaries. The event began with a hearty breakfast, setting the stage for a day full of excitement and celebration. The trainees were then divided into teams for team-building games on the lush open lawn and pool area.
The purpose of the games is to promote collaboration and communication between professionals, who are often separated on projects or in different locations. Amidst the friendly competition, these activities facilitated deeper relationships, ultimately uniting us as a more cohesive and stronger team.
