CBSE online application process for re-evaluation of supplementary exam results will begin on August 9 and end on August 10
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the Class 10 supplementary results on August 5. Soon after the results were announced, the CBSE released the timetable for verification of marks of students who took the Class 10 supplementary exam. Students who took the exam can check and obtain their mark sheets from the official website of CBSE, cbse.gov.in. All those students who are dissatisfied with their supplementary exam results can file a petition for marks verification.
As per the official notification of CBSE, only one application will be allowed to each candidate for each stage during the online process. The reduction of even one mark will be affected by the revaluation process. The results of the revaluation will be final, and no request or review will be accepted. In circumstances when there is any change in the marks (both increase and decrease), such applicants will have to return the mark sheet cum certificate they have. They will then be given a new mark sheet and certificate.
The CBSE online application process for re-evaluation of supplementary exam results will begin on August 9 and end on August 10. To apply for re-evaluation, students will have to pay an online application fee of Rs 500 per subject. Students can get photocopies of graded answer sheets by applying on August 16 and paying Rs 500 per book. Registrations for re-evaluation will begin on August 20, with a fee of Rs 100 per question.
Hardcopies of the answer sheet of the subject will be given only to those students who request verification of their grades. Re-evaluation and challenge requests will be allowed only for the theory component, at a cost of Rs 100 per question.
Applicants should check the marking scheme for their subject, which is published on the official website cbse.gov.in along with the question paper. After this, students can submit an application for re-evaluation of the required questions along with justification.
