The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the dates for verification of marks. According to the official notice, the CBSE board will declare the Class 10 and 12 board results possibly later this month, usually after May 20.
The circular issued by the Controller of Examinations said, “After the declaration of results, if the students are not satisfied with their performance as communicated through the results, CBSE provides an opportunity to the students for verification of marks, photocopy of their evaluation. Provides facility to receive.” Answer sheets and then re-evaluation of their answers.”

According to the official notice, students dissatisfied with their results can apply for verification of marks at cbseresults.nic.in from the fourth day to the eighth day after the declaration of results by the CBSE Board. Therefore, the window to apply for verification of marks will remain open for five days.
Additionally, scanned photocopies of the evaluated answer sheets will be available from the 19th to the 20th day from the date of declaration of results. Thus, the window will remain open for two days.

Meanwhile, students can also apply for revaluation of answer sheets on the official portal. This facility will be available for two days i.e. from 24th to 25th day from the date of declaration of result.
The board stressed on the online and time-bound nature of the application process to avail the facilities as it said, “Any request after the last date and in offline mode will not be accepted by the board as it violates important exam safety protocols “

Steps to check class 10 and 12 CBSE result
Step 1: Visit the official website of CBSE cbseresults.nic.in or results.cbse.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link of CBSE Board Result 2024 on the home page.
Step 3: Login using the requisite credentials, either roll number or registration number.
Step 4: Click on Submit.
Step 5: CBSE Class 10 or Class 12 results will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Download the result and take printout for future reference.
According to the official website, the results of class 10 and 12 CBSE board exams are likely to be declared after May 20. CBSE conducted board exams for two classes between February and April.
Class 10 board exams were held between February 15 and March 13, while Class 12 exams were held between February 15 and April 2. This year 39 lakh students appeared in the CBSE board exams.
