CBSE has advised candidates to read the recruitment notification thoroughly before applying and select the correct qualification applicable to the specific organization.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a notice regarding the 2025 Recruitment registration process for KVS and NVS. The notice clarifies that the qualifications required for different posts in KVS and NVS are different, even if the name of the posts is the same. As a result, the application portal provides multiple eligibility options in the dropdown menu for each post.
The official notice reads, “Before applying for any post, candidates are advised to read the notification thoroughly and carefully and check whether their qualifications match exactly with the qualifications mentioned in the notification. Accordingly, candidates should select the post and respective qualification on the application portal.”
CBSE advises candidates to read the recruitment notification carefully before applying and choose the right qualification required for the specific organization.
The notice also gives solutions to problems candidates face with fee payment updates or failed transactions. If any transaction is not updated on the portal, candidates will have to make the payment again. The amount of the first failed transaction will be automatically refunded to their bank account within a week.

KVS and NVS Recruitment 2025: How to Register
step 1: Visit the official website of CBSE, KVS or NVS.
step 2: Click on the KVS and NVS Recruitment 2025 application link available on the homepage.
step 3: Register yourself. Fill up the application form.
step 4: Submit the form and download the confirmation page.
Step 5: Keep a printed copy with you for future reference.
The board said, “Some candidates are seeking clarification or relaxation of the qualification(s) mentioned in the notification. In this regard, the candidates are informed that the qualification(s) mentioned in the notification are final and no change or relaxation in the qualification(s) is allowed.”
The recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching posts in KVS and NVS started on November 14 and the registration will close on December 4, 2025. A total of 14,967 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. More than 11 lakh candidates have already applied for the exam.
