Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has opened the application correction window for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 on September 27. Candidates can make changes in the application form by visiting the official website of IIM CAT, iimcat.ac. Log in and into their dashboard.
Candidates can update only the preferences of photo, signature and examination city in their application. “The editing window for updating only the photograph, signature and city preferences, if required by the candidate, will be available from September 27 (10.00 am) to September 30 (5.00 pm), 2024, for those who have submitted their Application form has been successfully submitted. ,” reads the official notice.

CAT 2024 exam will be conducted for 120 minutes. The paper will consist of three sections including Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Ability. Candidates get 40 minutes for each section and will not be allowed to move from one section to another while attempting questions in one section.
As per regulatory norms, 15 percent seats are set aside for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates. About 7.5 percent of the seats are allotted for Scheduled Tribe (ST) applicants, and 27 percent for Other Backward Class or “non-creamy” layer (NC-OBC) candidates. Up to 10 percent seats have been set aside for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates.
