If the deadline and late meetings are preventing you from becoming active, and your daily step count is falling, then you can do some simple stretching exercises instead.

Often, the daily step count has a recommended range, which you should aim to be active, with the ballpark of about 7,000 to 10,000 steps. But sometimes you can be less than this number due to a time limit or very busy week. So, how do we bridge this difference that is not going on enough? You have been inactive at work for a long time anyway during the day, so compensation for it on any other day can not be a healthy option. This is where some simple stretching exercises reduce tired areas in your body, from your lower back to your tight shoulders. The fitness coach, while addressing the issue of not running enough in the July 2 Instagram post, revealed 5 exercises that you can do. They are simple and very quickly to do.

The exercises he shared here are with profit:

1. Side step

  • Great way to strengthen weak ankles.
  • They also help to activate muscles that support your hips and balance.
  • Try to get 50 to 100 steps.

2. Knee lift

  • Good way to strengthen weak hip flexors.
  • Knees lifts your core strengthens and improves your posture.

3. Standing Hamstring Curl

  • Sitting on hamstring harasses them.
  • This can cause low back issues.

4. Rock on heels

  • Helps pump the calf muscles and anterior tibialis.
  • This will help the knees.

5. Low -impact jack

  • Helps improve circulation.

Even if you cannot score a set step round every day, take out a few minutes to do these exercises. They do not require any fancy device and can be easily squeezed after your busy working day. Put a toll on your joints and back for a long time of seating. Therefore, the lack of steps cannot always be postponed.
