New Delhi. Maruti Suzuki has launched a new edition of the Fronx SUV. The company has named it Fronx Velocity Edition. This latest edition of Fronx will be available in 14 petrol and CNG variants. Its initial ex-showroom price has been fixed at Rs 7.29 lakh. In this sense, the price of Fronx has come down by about Rs 23 thousand. Fronx Velocity Edition: Price
The starting ex-showroom price of the Franx was Rs 7.51 lakh, which is the price of its entry-level Sigma variant. While the ex-showroom price of the Velocity edition starts at Rs 7.29 lakh. Despite the low price, you will get contrast garnish on the front bumper, grill, headlight and wheel wells in Velocity.
Fronx Velocity Edition: Features
Delta, Delta Plus and Delta Plus (O) trims come with a 1.2 liter engine. The Velocity edition has separate red side molding, red and black rear spoiler. Apart from this, features like red ORVM covers, garnishing on rear doors, red dash mat will also be available.
The 100hp turbo variant of the Fronx will have the same styling as before. It has a red and grey exterior paint scheme. Apart from this, features like carbon-finish have also been provided inside.
Fronx Velocity Edition: Engine and Specifications
There is no change in the engine of the new edition. Like before, it has a 1.2 liter petrol engine which comes with manual and AMT auto options. The variants powered by the 1.0 liter turbo-petrol engine come with manual and torque converter auto gearbox. The Francox SUV also comes with a CNG option, which can provide better mileage.
