Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has completed its 25 years, and on this special occasion the company has launched a new Silver Jubilee FTTH Broadband Plan for its customers. This plan comes with huge data benefits, OTT content and live TV channels.
Additionally, BSNL has further strengthened its 4G network by installing more than 98,000 indigenous 4G towers across the country. This will see a big improvement in network coverage and service quality.
This new Silver Jubilee plan of BSNL is especially available for FTTH broadband users. Its price has been kept at ₹ 625 per month. In this plan, users get 2500GB high-speed data up to 70 Mbps speed. Even after the data limit is exhausted, the speed remains sufficient for basic browsing and OTT streaming.
Apart from this, users get more than 600 live TV channels in this plan, which includes 127 premium channels. The most important thing is that in this plan, free subscriptions of big OTT platforms like Disney+ Hotstar and SonyLIV are also being given.
Apart from the Silver Jubilee plan, BSNL has also re-introduced its popular Re 1 Diwali Offer, which was earlier launched as ‘Freedom Offer’. This offer is only for new users and comes with a validity of 30 days. In this plan, users are given the facility of unlimited voice calling, free national roaming and 100 SMS every day. This offer will be valid till 18th November.
BSNL’s new Silver Jubilee plan is really a great deal, especially for those who use heavy data and like streaming OTT content.
With 2500GB data, free Hotstar and SonyLIV subscription, and 600+ live channels at just ₹625, it becomes one of the most value-for-money FTTH broadband plans in India. This plan can be called the perfect option for family use, online classes, work-from-home and 4K streaming.
5G service will start soon – Along with this, BSNL is now preparing for its 5G network rollout so that it can compete with private telecom operators like Airtel and Vi. According to reports, 5G service can start in Delhi and Mumbai by the end of this year, while in other cities it will be rolled out phase-wise.
