Body shaming can have a serious impact on a person. When a person does not follow the physical standards or stereotypes set by society, they often face harassment that may come in the form of mockery or embarrassment. remove yourself: Environments or situations where we feel that we have been provoked – we must learn to distance ourselves from such places.
self pitty: Instead of succumbing to the opinions of others, we must learn to be kind and empathetic towards ourselves and choose our own happiness.
