BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Saturday convicted CJI Sanjeev Khanna for the alleged ‘civil wars’ in the country, while asking the President to take a decision from the President within three months and tore the Parliament to the Supreme Court to try to ‘decide’.
In a post on X, Dubey said in Hindi that if the Supreme Court does law, Parliament should be closed.
“Kanoon Yadi Supreme Court Hi Banayega to Sansad Bhavan Bandh Kar Dena Chahiye,” He said.
The BJP MP’s comment came in the Center’s court following assurance from the Center that it would not implement some controversial provisions of the Waqf (Amendment) Act by the next day after the court questioned them.
Supreme Court led India for ‘anarchy’
In the comments made to news agency Annie, Nishikant Dubey accused the Supreme Court of taking the country to an alleged ‘chaos’.
The recent verdict of the Apex Court decided to set a time outline for the President of India, which began a new round of debate to take decisions on the bills sent to them.
“How can you give direction to the appointment authority? The President appoints the Chief Justice of India. Parliament enacts this country.
In the remarks given to PTI, the BJP MP from Jharkhand accused the Supreme Court of passing the laws passed by the legislature and even accused the legislative powers of Parliament to surround the legislative powers of Parliament, which Dubey said, is the appointment authority of the Supreme Court judges.
Dubey questioned the important comments of the court over the weakening of the “Waqf by Use” provision, saying that he has sought a documentary proof in matters associated with temples including Ram temple in Ayodhya, but has chosen to ignore the same need in the ongoing case.
Citing Article 368 of the Constitution, he said that making law is the job of Parliament, and the Supreme Court is to explain the laws.

Dubey also held India’s Chief Justice, Sanjeev Khanna responsible for the “civil wars” in the country.
“The Chief Justice of India, Sanjeev Khanna, is responsible for all the civil war wars to be held in this country,” he was quoted as ANI.
His comments demanded the resignation of the BJP leader and Joint Parliamentary Committee on the Waqf Bill after his comments Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Kalyan Banerjee.

Vice President Jagdeep Dhikra also opposed the Supreme Court’s decision to set a time limit to take a decision for the President.
Two two are also stating that the apex court was wrong in the closure of the National Judicial Appointments Commission Act in 2015.
He said that Article 142 of the Constitution has become a “nuclear missile” against democratic forces for the judiciary.
