Thousands of candidates appear for the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) examination every year. In a unique incident, a woman managed to clear the BPSC exam after her husband’s failed attempt. She studied using her husband’s study material and secured 31st rank in the 68th BPSC exam. A woman named Vibha Bharti said in an interview, “My husband had also given the BPSC exam, but he was not successful.” Then I tried and succeeded.” He is now an officer in the Department of Art and Culture. His success has made his entire family proud. She said that after assuming the post of officer, she will try to bring out the hidden talent among the youth of rural areas.
Dr. Vibha Bharti is the daughter-in-law of Raghuraj Bihari Sharan, PACS president of Katarmala Panchayat of Garaul block of Vaishali district of Bihar. Her husband is Dr. Gunjesh Kumar. She told that her husband used to prepare for BPSC. But, when he could not solve it, he packed his books. He thought about preparing for the exam and read those books. She also used to study in the library for four to five hours and finally she got success. Presently Dr. Vibha Bharti is a lecturer in B.Ed College, Muzaffarpur. He further said that for the first time, 38 posts have been created for 38 districts in the Department of Art and Culture.
He received his primary education from Nawada, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. He completed his 10th grade from Chapman School. She studied at Muzaffarpur University and was a topper during her graduation. Due to lack of a postgraduate degree in the music department, the music gold medalist moved to Darbhanga, where she was working as a Class 12 teacher while pursuing her PhD.
Dr. Vibha Bharti has proved that any work can be done with dedication. A strong support system is also important. She received full support from her parents, in-laws and husband, she also said that her sister contributed a lot to her success.
