District Education Officer Rajnikant Praveen says that he has received instructions from the Controller of Examinations of Bihar School Examination Committee.
In the recent instruction of Bihar School Examination Board, class 11 students in Bihar Board schools are now obliged to appear in the monthly examinations. These examinations are scheduled to be held from January 22 to January 30. District Education Officer Rajnikant Praveen said that instructions were received from the Examination Controller of Bihar School Examination Board underlining the mandatory nature of these monthly examinations. Failure to appear in these examinations will make students ineligible for the next examinations.
The Education Department office will provide prepared question papers to the concerned school representatives, for the preparation of which Bihar School Examination Board will be responsible. The exam dates scheduled for this month are between January 22 and 30, with January 26 and January 28 being exempted for Republic Day and Sunday respectively.
These examinations will be conducted in two shifts. Physics exams will be held in the first shift starting from January 22, followed by Chemistry and Political Science exams in the second shift. The following days will follow a consistent pattern. On January 23, students will take the mathematics and English exams. Hindi exam is scheduled for 24th January. On January 25, there will be examination for Sanskrit and Persian in the first shift and for Psychology in the second shift. On January 27, there will be a history exam in the first shift, followed by a music exam in the second shift. On January 29, the exam for Economics and Agriculture will be held in the first shift and Sociology in the second shift. The last day, January 30, will conclude with the Home Science exam.
Students must follow the prescribed schedule and actively participate in these monthly examinations, as non-compliance may affect their eligibility for subsequent examinations. These monthly examinations play an important role in evaluating the academic progress of class 11 students in Bihar Board schools. Students are urged to prepare diligently and take advantage of this assessment opportunity to enhance their understanding of the curriculum.
