Bihar Board: BSEB opens special window for class 10 and 12 exams 2026 by 3 September.
Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced a special opportunity for students who have not yet set class 10 (matriculation) and class 12 (intermediate) in 2026 for annual examinations. The online registration process, which started with late fee on Thursday, will remain open till 3 September.
According to the board, the school principals are responsible for completing their students’ registration for class 12 for Class 12 for the portal – Secondary.Birboard Online.com Class 10 and Seniorscondari.com. For class 12. Students must ensure their details, including their details, parents’ names, and date of birth, as it will not happen after submit.
To help students and schools, the board has also provided the helpline number: 0612-2232074 for matriculation and 0612-2230039 for intermediate questions.
BSEB Bihar Board Class 10, 12 Registration 2026: How to apply
step 1: Official BSEB website – Go to Secondary.Birboard Online.com or Seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com.
step 2: Log in using your school/college credentials provided by Bihar Board.
step 3: Go to “Registration/Exam Form 2026” Section.
step 4: Select the special registration window option for class 10 or class 12.
Step 5: Fill the student details carefully – name, father’s name, date of birth, subject etc.
Step 6: Upload the required documents (passport photo, signature, school record).
Step 7: Pay the fixed registration fee online through the given payment gateway.
Step 8: Submit the form and download the confirmation slip for future reference.

Once the registration form is submitted, the dummy registration cards will be issued to the students. They should be signed by the candidate, parents and head of the school, and then uploaded on the portal by 8 September. The board has warned that the failure to upload the dummy card signed within the time limit will make the students disqualified to apply for 2026 examinations.
Students should also ensure that their registration fee is paid by 1 September. Till then there will be an expanded window unable to pay till 3 September, but only with late fees.
BSEB has made it clear that no student will be allowed to appear in the 2026 board examination without valid registration. Therefore, schools have been urged to complete the procedure already well to avoid final-minute obstacles.
