50 boys and 50 girls will be trained for NEET UG, and another 50 boys and 50 girls will be prepared for JEE. 100 selected students can also participate in the tuition-free non-residential education program. Class 10 students aiming to prepare for medical and engineering can apply online at coaching.biharboardonline.com till March 10. The initiative aims to support students from underprivileged backgrounds who cannot prepare for medical and engineering examinations due to financial constraints.
The last date to apply online on the website coaching.biharboardonline.com was earlier fixed as February 25 and February 8. Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100.
Recently, the Bihar government has also launched the Mukhyamantri Balak Protsahan Yojana 2024. Under this scheme, all eligible students get Rs 10,000 if they pass the exam with first division. Apart from this, girl students who pass second division in matriculation examination get a scholarship of Rs 8,000.
Additionally, the Bihar government provides scholarships worth more than Rs 5,000 to students pursuing degree courses. Additionally, scholarships ranging from Rs 2,000 to Rs 3,000 are provided to students who pass class 12th and enroll in an undergraduate degree programme.
