Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has recently released the result of Intermediate batch 2024 on 23rd March. With the declaration of result, this year has got better scores than last year.
According to reports, a total of 12,91,684 students from across the state appeared in the intermediate examination this year. This included 6,22,217 girls and 6,69,467 boys from different parts of the state. According to a Times of India report, the overall pass percentage of the 2023-24 intermediate batch under BSEB was 87.21%, indicating that 11,26,439 students passed the exam.
Seeing the improvement in the results, BSEB Chairman IAS Anand Kishore gave four main reasons behind this. He said that this year, the state board has conducted monthly tests in all schools from August 2023. Answer copies of the tests were also returned to the students, through which they can check their mistakes and learn from them.
Apart from this, schools also organized additional classes of one hour from 4 to 5 pm for those students who seemed weak in studies. Meanwhile, the number of teachers in the school has also been increased by the board to better assist the students.
According to reports, comparing the results of the last five years shows that a lot of improvement has been seen in 2023-24. This shows a total of 80.73% safe results in 2019.
At present the board is preparing to declare the 12th result soon. As per reports, the result will be declared on March 30 or March 31. Students who appeared in the examination can access the scorecard after its release through the official website. biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in,
