Applicants who have been allotted seats in the spot round will have to report at their respective institutions for the final admission and verification process between September 13 and 14.
Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will start the registration process for BHU spot round for undergraduate (UG) admissions 2024 from today, September 9. All eligible and interested candidates can apply for the admission process through the official website bhu.ac.in. The application link will be available on the portal at 5 pm. The last date to submit the registration form is September 11. As per the official schedule, the seat allotment results for the final spot round will be declared on September 12.
Steps to Apply for BHU UG Spot Round 2024:
Step 1: Visit the official website bhu.ac.in.
Step 2: After reaching the homepage, look for the ‘Spot Round Counselling’ link and click on it.
Step 3: Next, enter your login credentials and click on submit.
Step 4: Fill the application form, submit all the documents and pay the fee.
Step 4: Enter your preferences of college and course for spot round counselling.
Step 5: Submit the application form and keep a hard copy of the same for future reference.
BHU UG Spot Round 2024: Required Documents
Applicants are required to upload the following documents during the registration process:
— Class 10 mark sheet and certificate
— Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
— caste certificate
— Candidate photos
— Scanned signature of the candidate
BHU UG Spot Round 2024: Application Fee
Students who wish to appear for the BHU UG 2024 spot round will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 500. Applicants allotted seats in the spot round will have to report to their respective institutions for the final admission and verification process from September 13 to 14. Those who chose to upgrade before the spot round registration were allowed to pay the additional fee till September 7.
“Banaras Hindu University (BHU) offers a four-year UG programme for both Honours and Research, called UG Honours and UG Honours with Research. Only 10 per cent of students with CGPA of 7.5 and above will be allowed to opt for UG Honours with Research on the basis of merit,” the university said.
