Material:
For Halwa:
loaf bread, large – 4 pieces
Banana, large – 1 piece
Cashew nuts – ¼ cup
Custard powder – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 2½ tbsp
Milk – 1¾ cups
Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
Chocolate Chips – ¼ cup
Raisins – ¼ cup
Tutti Frutti – ¼ cup
Blueberries – a handful
Butter, melted – 2 tbsp
For garnish:
Chocolate Chips – a handful
Blueberries – a handful
Raisins – a handful
Tutti Frutti – a handful
Icing sugar – 2 tbsp

Method:
Cut loaf bread into a baking tray and bake at 140C for 12 to 15 minutes. Along with this, peel, cut the banana and grind it in a blender along with cashew nuts, custard powder sugar milk and cinnamon powder. Take out the baked bread in a bowl and sprinkle choco chips, raisins, tutti frutti and blueberries on it. Put the banana mixture in the bowl. Then apply melted butter in ramekins and put halwa inside it. Top the pudding with choco chips, raisins, tutti frutti and blueberries. Place the ramekins on a baking tray and add water to the tray. Then bake them at 180C for about 35 to 40 minutes. Remove the pudding from the oven and serve hot. Or we can wait for about ten minutes and let the halwa cool down. Then take them out of the mold and serve.
