Before making wood apple juice, take wood apple fruit and soak it in water for at least two hours. After this, wipe the vine and break it. You will see yellow colored pulp inside it.
Now take out these pulps in a big vessel with the help of a spoon. Now add at least one to two glasses of cold water to these pulps and leave it for half an hour. Now take another big vessel and place a big strainer on it.
Now keep all the pulp on the sieve and mash the pulp and filter it. You can also mash it in the vessel with the help of a masher before placing it in the strainer. After mashing, filter it through a strainer. In this way the fiber and seeds of the pulp will be separated.
Now add sugar to this juice as per taste. Your sherbet is ready. Now whenever you want, pour it in a glass with ice and drink.
