It has been revealed that the ‘real Martha Scott’ of Baby Reindeer sent Sir Keir Starmer 276 messages in less than eight months. In his messages, he also attacked his family.
In the email, Fiona Harvey reportedly called the Labor leader a “stupid little boy” and said he was a “useless barrister” who was in a “non-job”. As The Sun reports, he sent emails to Starmer’s MP email address.
The Met Police have reportedly been informed about the messages. All of these were sent between January and August 2020.
What was said in the email?
Using an unforgivable expletive against Starmer’s wife in one of the alleged emails, Harvey said, “Oh my God, she looks terrible. Horrible.” She sent him a message in May 2020 from a councillor, who refused to provide her address for data protection reasons. She warned Starmer that she would make his life “not worth living”.
In one email, Fiona wrote, “Keir stop fucking with me, you stupid little boy.”
“You are chosen as the leader. Non-partisan and within two minutes I get an email from the Housing Ombudsman calling me a racist, I’ve already complained about you to the Standards Commissioner, who guess what he also doesn’t do anything. See, from now on I will complain even on small things.
He also wrote, “Your life will not be worth living.”
In a 1,420-word email sent in April 2020, which Harvey copied to a list of others, she said Labour’s shadow cabinet was “full if anything stupid yes men”. In another email the same month, Starmer congratulated him on becoming Labor leader, saying it was his “fourth of the fifth non-job”. The emails contained statements such as “You have ignored me” and were described as a “free drain on public funds”. Harvey’s messages were signed ‘Sent from my iPhone’, as shown in Baby Reindeer.
Following the success of Richard Gad’s Baby Reindeer, Harvey spoke to English broadcaster Piers Morgan in a public interview in which he rejected the details shown in the series. He denied being a stalker and said he planned to sue Gad and Netflix.
