Karauli:- There are two villages in East Rajasthan, where the color of Holi rains on the second day. One of them is Jagdish Dham Camry, one of the biggest faith dhams of Karauli and the other is Mundia village of Todabhim region. The custom of playing Holi in these two villages of Karauli is absolutely unique. Here Holi is played not on the day of Dhulendi, but on the second day of Holi, Holi is played on the occasion of Bhai Dooj.

The celebration of Holi is celebrated in a special way in Jagdish Dham Camry, one of the most prominent faith centers of Karauli. There is a tradition of playing Dolchi Mara and whip Holi, in which Holi of brother-in-law is considered to be the most unique. On the second day of Holi, when the entire village gathered outside the temple, the brothers pour a bucket of water (called Dolchi) over their sisters. In response to this, Bhabhis also do not sit silent, rather they give a fun challenge to the brothers -in -law by raising whip.

According to experts, this tradition is centuries old and especially people from 12 villages of Khatana gotra of Gurjar caste join it.
