Ashneer Grover recently appeared on Bigg Boss 18 hosted by Salman Khan, where the actor called out his ‘doubletness’ and reminded him of his previous comments.
Bigg Boss 18 host-actor Salman Khan did not miss the opportunity to refute some of the past statements of former Shark Tank India judge and Bharat Pay co-founder Ashneer Grover. Salman said that he did not remember having met her in any meeting before, and she responded curtly to some of her earlier comments. Now, in a new post on her official X account, Ashneer broke her silence and shared her opinion on the conversation. In his new ex post, Ashneer wrote a long caption along with a picture from that episode in which he was seen shaking hands with Salman. He wrote, “I hope you enjoyed Bigg Boss Weekend Ka Vaar! I thoroughly enjoyed it. And I’m sure the special episode got great TRP/viewers. Well all the statements below are true:
– Salman is a great host and actor
– Salman knows what goes on in Bigg Boss
– I have always admired Salman’s own intelligence and business sense – never said anything derogatory about him
– My deal numbers are always correct (verified by bank/auditor)
– Met Salman in an exclusive meeting on the brand collab for 3 hours at JW Marriott Juhu in May 2019 – with the director of advertising (it’s okay if he doesn’t remember me – I was not a public figure then – he meet a lot of people)
– The invitation to appear as a guest on Bigg Boss was not ‘anonymous’ – just like his cheque;)

what happened in the episode
During the episode, Salman fiercely targeted Ashneer for his controversial statements made against him earlier. Ashneer had appeared on the Vagehra Vagehra podcast last year and talked about being denied the opportunity to click pictures with Salman. When Ashneer apologized, Salman replied, “I don’t feel bad about all this.” It’s just that when you make a wrong assumption about a person, it is not right. It will bite you later.”
