CLAT 2025 hearing: Delhi High Courts will listen to petitions challenging the General Law Entrance Examination (Clat 2025) Results today, 7 April.
Conducted at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels (CLAT UG and CLAT PG), this entrance exam is an entrance to admission to the programs presented by the National Law Universities (NLUS) participating across the country. The test was held in December and the result was announced in the same month.
Several petitions were filed in various High Courts, claiming that many questions were wrong in the examination.
In February, the Supreme Court ordered the transfer of all petitions challenging the CLAT result in the Delhi High Court to avoid conflicting decisions and to streamline proceedings.
The bench under the leadership of Chief Justice (CJI) Sanjeev Khanna and led by Justices Sanjay Kumar and KV Vishwanathan noticed that similar challenges for Clate UG and PG results were pending before several high courts, including Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Calcutta, Bamba, Bamba and Harayan.
“We are also willing to pass an omnipresent order that if a similar issue is raised before another High Court in the future, the consortium can file a copy of this order to transfer these cases to the Delhi High Court,” the bench said.

The lawyer for the consortium of NLUS, responsible for holding CLAT exam and counseling, accepted the challenges to CLAT UG and PG exams and committed to prepare a compilation of questions and relevant decisions.
