3 hacks to cover a long distance without tired

Alex shared these 3 hacks, so that you can help in the conservation of energy while moving as well as maintaining stamina:

1. Master in your breath

• To maximize the intake of oxygen, breathe through your nose.

• Breathe deeply in your diaphragm, not your chest.

• Follow a 3: 2 rhythm – Breathing for three stages, exhale for two. Keep your breath controlled and natural.

2. Keep a little forward

  • It align your posture and helps in reducing energy waste.

3. Optimize your feet lift

  • Use your hamstring to lift your feet, create a smooth, circular strid for better efficiency.

Running health benefits

According to the webmd, there are many benefits of running that improve overall health. First cardio health is increased, with at least 10 minutes a day, which reduces the risk of heart disease. Running also releases endorphins that fall asleep more easily. It strengthens the knees and back, reduces the risk of arthritis and back problems such as your age. Not only physical health, but also mental health is benefited from running as it raises mood and energy. Running, therefore, provides extensive health benefits.
