Anupam Kher gives a glimpse of fans in his workout routine

On August 19, Anupam took a powerful workout video with the caption on Instagram, “Life is like riding a bicycle. To maintain your balance, you should move forward.” In the clip, the 70 -year -old actor is seen as shirtless, which is drenched in sweat, sheer performs several lots of Puldowns with a sheer determination.

This is not the first time the actor has given a glimpse of his fitness journey to the fans. Earlier, he shared two monochrome shots, flaunting his toned back, encouraging followers to adopt a disciplined fitness routine for a healthy lifestyle.
