New Delhi. Actress Shubhangi Atre, famous for playing the character of Angoori Bhabhi in the television show ‘Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain’, is not only an artist but also a dance teacher. The actress said that dance helps her to remove stress and negativity.
Talking about her passion for dance on ‘International Dance Day’, the actress said, ‘Apart from being an actress, I am also an experienced dancer and trainer. Dance is an important part of my identity. It is a spiritual and devotional dance form that fills every movement with deep meaning. The traditional music played with instruments like tabla and sitar during a Kathak performance creates an ethereal atmosphere that resonates deeply within me.’
He further said, ‘Dance provides me solace and confidence which establishes me in my essence. It frees me from stress and negativity and provides a feeling of freedom. Despite my busy schedule, I dance every day because it is a special exercise that makes me happy.
On ‘International Dance Day’ he also gave a special message for all the dance lovers. She says, ‘My message is to never stop dancing. Dance is a powerful and enduring source of joy and movement that can provide solace and a sense of freedom.’
