This is a conversion of Fredric Backman’s novel, reported the entertainment news outlet deadline. The story revolves around an investment banker, Zara (Angelina), which is surprised by a group of strangers in an open house a day before the eve of Christmas.

When a reluctant bank robbers inadvertently ensure hostage, anarchy and overheringing the group, the secrets appear and literally nothing happens according to the plan.

Previously, the book was adapted to a series by Netflix. It was released in 2021.
