New Delhi. Google introduced the new picture editing function Magic Editor feature for Google Photos last year with the Pixel 8 Series. Initially it was kept exclusive to the Pixel 8 lineup. But, now it is being released for other phones as well. Now the company is offering this magic editor and editing feature for free through the Google Photos app for more Android devices.
If you are a Google Pixel or Samsung phone user, then you will see the Magic Editor feature in the Google Photos app after updating to the latest version 6.85. Magic Editor will be available for free in Google Pixel phones. Here you will be able to edit and save unlimited photos. However, for Samsung and other companies there will be a limit of only 10 photos per month. After this, to use the Magic Editor feature, you will have to buy Google One Premium plan.

For your information, let us tell you that through the Magic Editor feature, you can remove, move or resize a portion in an image. For example, you can delete an unattractive object in a photo. You can change the position of a person or downsize an object. To edit an object here, you can select it by tapping, circling or brushing it.
Apart from this, let us also tell you that apart from Magic Edit, Google is releasing many more new edit features in the Google Photos app. These include Magic Eraser, Unblur, Portrait Blur, Portrait Light, Sky Suggestion, Color Pop, HDR Effect, Cinematic Photos, Video Effect etc. These features are free to use. But, Google says that it is still in the early stage.
