Students associated with ABVP are making the world’s largest rangoli in the camp of Vishwa Hindu Parishad in Magh Mela area (symbolic picture).
ABVP media coordinator Abhinav Mishra said the artwork will be displayed today, January 22, at 11 am and an application has been sent to register it in the Guinness World Records as the largest rangoli in Uttar Pradesh.
A group of students from Allahabad University is attempting to create the world’s largest rangoli of the Ram temple and Ram Lala here and it will be unveiled on Monday, the day of the consecration ceremony at the temple in Ayodhya. The students engaged in making rangoli are associated with Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). Uttar Pradesh ABVP media coordinator Abhinav Mishra said the artwork will be displayed at 11 am on Monday and an application has been sent to register it in the Guinness World Records as the largest rangoli.
Students associated with ABVP are making the world’s largest rangoli in the camp of Vishwa Hindu Parishad in Magh Mela area. He told that it will be 50 feet long and 30 feet wide. Mishra said, “40 students of Allahabad University are engaged in this work and these include 30 women and 10 men.” He said that this rangoli is of Ram temple and Ramlala. Besides, ABVP workers are distributing 51,000 lamps to illuminate the Magh Mela area, Mishra said.
