Alexander Box Office Collection Day 7: AR Murugados’ Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna-Star Sikander made an unstable start at the box office. According to Sacnilk, the film has collected 97.03 crore network in India in the first week of its release. Business website reported that Alexander has estimated 3.28 crore pure in India on Saturday, took its seven -day total 97.03 crore pure. The film was disappointing 26 crore inauguration and made 90.25 crores in his five -day run. Given that it was released on Sunday, there were hopes that the film would perform better later this week. But on Friday, Alexander made 3.5 crore, 41.67% dip.
According to filmmakers, Alexander collected 178.16 crore worldwide in 6 days. Given that it is a Salman film, these numbers are disappointing. Salman’s last film, Tiger 3, collected 219.4 crore rupees 7 days in India, while Alexander barely touched 100 Crore. Thankfully, The film isn’t lagging behind kisi ka bhai kisi ki jaan, which had made 90.15 crores in its first week. With the arrival of Monday, it remains to be seen how much the film will be made during its lifetime.
About Alexander
Apart from Salman and Rashmika, Alexander also includes Satyaraj, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, Pratik Babbar, Kishore, Jatin Sarna and Sanjay Kapoor. In the film, Salman plays the role of a king named Sanjay Rajkot, who is married to Rashmika’s Sasari. He faces a corrupt politician and his son.
On release of the film, lukewarm review was found, in which critics and audiences did not like the story. The film’s HT review briefly told it, “Overall, AD is not, ED Salman promised for his fans.”
