Why do women experience body, back and bone pain?
Dr. Dushyant said in his post, “This video is especially for women who have been struggling with body, back and bone issues. Many women visit OPD with such problems, and their main complaint is that even after taking all medicines, they do not get relief.”
“Whether you should check a full-body or not? Many patients come after doing expensive full-bodies check-ups, not only to be wrong. When the report comes back normally, they feel uncertain about what they want to do next,” they say.
Which tests can help identify the root cause
Dr. Dushyant has recommended 3 important tests that are quite economical and many women can support themselves. “Around 90% of generalized body, back and bone pain can be addressed with these tests,” they say. Let’s take a look at their recommendations:
1. Vitamin D3 and Calcium: 80–90% bone and muscle pain is caused by vitamin D3 and calcium deficiency, so this test is a necessary.
2. Full blood calculation and iron profile: Women often experience bone and muscle pain or fatigue due to iron deficiency or imbalance. Complete blood calculations help to check hemoglobin and iron levels so that proper intervention can be done.
3. Dexa scan (bone mineral density test): Especially more than 40 postmenopausal is important for women. This test helps in detecting osteoporosis or early weakness of bones.
“If you complete these 3 important tests, you can identify the cause of about 95% of your pain. These tests are economical, and there is no need to check full-body,” Dr. Dushyant has a conclusion.
