In an interview with GQ India on December 29, 2023, Aditya Roy Kapur, who turned 40 on November 16, was asked to share a list of things he can’t live without. One of the top items on their list of essential items was oats.
He said, “I realized that when I was forced to think about things I couldn’t live without, it actually had to include it (oats) on the list because it’s something I’ve been eating for breakfast every morning for the last eight years with very few exceptions; so I mean, it’s definitely something I would struggle without.,
She explained her choice of breakfast, adding: “Oats are a nutritious breakfast, I would say, slow-release carb, if you must know… I’ve been told it’s a healthy carb; it’s better than white bread. It’s like sweet potato oats, basically, (these are) the two that I eat. (holding out her favorite oats brand) It’s better than sweet potatoes.”
