Businessman KGF Babu has been fined Rs 38 lakh due to a tax dispute in Bengaluru on the vehicles of Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan. The rolls of both were not registered.

It happened that KGF Babu is a businessman whose car has been fined by Bengulru RTO. He bought this luxury car from Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan. But the registration work was not completed and still these vehicles are registered in the name of Bachchan and Aamir.
According to the news of ‘NDTV’, scrap dealer -turned billionaire Yusuf Sharif alias KGF Babu has imposed a fine of 38 lakhs for the Royce car for not paying the road tax on Babu’s car. One of these cars (MH 02-BB -0002) was purchased from Amitabh Bachchan, and the other (MH11-AX -0001) was bought from Aamir Khan.
What does the rule say
According to the rules of the Transport Department, if a vehicle is registered outside Karnataka and it is being run here for more than a year, then its owner has to pay road tax. The department has imposed a fine of Rs 19,83,367 for Rolls Royce purchased from Khan on Sharif and Rs 18,53,067 for the second Rolls Royce purchased from Bachchan. According to the RTO, KGF Babu is in Bangalore from Rolls-Royce Phantom 2021 and bought in 2023.
