What do aviation experts have to say about this piece,
Aviation experts say that looking at the pictures of the grey coloured piece of the aircraft, it is clear that it is a part of some outer panel. If we talk about Air India Express, the colour combination of all their aircraft is white and orange. There are only two parts of the aircraft where the parts have been coloured in grey. These include the round flap on the engine panel and the beading on the side of the other wing. Apart from this, no other part of the aircraft is grey in colour.

This part of the aircraft can also be a part
According to the senior commander of the airline, the piece seen in the picture could be a part of the plane’s oil filling door, toilet refueling, air turbine fuel refueling, nose wheel door and electric panel. He said that if for some reason the doors of these parts of the aircraft are not locked properly, then after takeoff, due to the high air pressure, the entire door or a part of the door may break and fall. Apart from this, this part could be a part of the aircraft’s spoilers. Before takeoff, it is the responsibility of the engineering team to check the locks of all these doors thoroughly.
