Kajal recently attended the launch of a store in Hyderabad. During the launch of the store, he welcomed a man’s request to take a selfie. However, in the video shared by fans on X, he can be seen touching her, holding her waist while clicking the picture. Kajal was clearly looking frightened, and was motioning for him to move away from her. The video of the incident has been shared on Instagram, with fans criticizing the man’s behaviour. However, the actor did not let the event get disrupted and then answered questions from the attendees.
Unfortunately, she is not the first female actor with whom this has happened. Sara Ali Khan, Aparna Balamurali, Ahana Kumar were some of the actors who were touched inappropriately at events last year.

Kajal took a break from cinema after welcoming a child, Neil, with her husband Gautam in 2022. She is back to work and will soon be seen in the Telugu film Satyabhama and Tamil film Indian 2. Adhikari and his role in the subsequent film have been kept under wraps.
Speaking to NTV at the event, she said, “I have always been a big fan of cinema where I get to play powerful characters. I have two big releases coming up. Satyabhama, as well as Indian 2. My role in both is phenomenal and I am waiting and excited for you all to watch it. I always wanted to pursue strong cinema. I am waiting for a good script. I am happy now.”
