Beena posted a monochrome picture of Dharmendra and recalled meeting him when he was shooting in Rajasthan. She wrote, “Dharam Pi Ha Ji (Bhappa Ji) is what I call him. I first met him in 1986 when I was Deputy Minister in Rajasthan, where he was shooting. He had come to meet the CM there, late Haridev Joshi Ji.”
She said that when they shook hands, his hand got lost in his big hand, “What a man, he got mujhe haath mein kho gaya, mera to unke bade haath mein kho gaya (My hand got lost in his big hand)!! Keep in touch!! Loving, well mannered, cultured, extremely affectionate family man. Who loved nature and good food.”
Bina ended her note praying for his speedy recovery and wrote, “Hang in there PA ji. You are a warrior, just hang in there. The nation is praying for your good health.”
Dharmendra admitted to hospital on Monday
Dharmendra was admitted to the hospital with breach candy on Monday and his son Sunny Deol confirmed the news to the press in the evening. He said, “Mr. Dharmendra is stable and under observation.
