She became so disappointed and upset that she had decided to end her life.

She says, ‘It took me time to recover from this. It is not like these things happen instantly. At that time I had closed my view of the outside world. I put on my blinkers, put my head down and told myself to keep working. I think it is my work that has given me the courage to keep moving forward.
Ahana Kumra was fed up with repeated rejections
‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’ and ‘Inside Edge’ fame Aahana Kumra says that a part of such thoughts probably came from facing multiple rejections in the casting process. She was fed up after facing repeated rejections. However, now he has learned to take it in his own way. Ahana says, there have been many, many rejections where people have turned around and said no. ‘Not fit’ was often heard. Today, I can say that it is okay and I know that there will be more rejections.
Ahana further says, ‘The only help I got was a plan B. I asked myself if something isn’t working, what’s my next plan? So, I had Plan B, Plan C, Plan D, Plan Z. Now I think somewhere inside me I always had this idea that if one thing doesn’t work, something else will. I can’t be bad at everything. There must be something I am good at.
His journey in the film industry is not easy even today. But continuing to do so has helped him understand his abilities, and also made him realize that everything won’t always go his way. Regarding this, the actress further says, ‘Today, I can say that I always knew that I am a good actress. Even now, there is a lack of opportunities. The roles I am being offered are not good enough and the filmmakers I want to work with are not working with me. But I know that something else will definitely work for me.
