India’s largest van manufacturer Force Motors Limited has announced a significant price amendment to its entire product portfolio, which is in line with the government’s decision to reduce GST from 28 percent to 18 percent on automobiles. The revised prices, which will be effective from 22 September 2025, cover popular models such as travelers, tracks, urbania, monobus and Gorkha SUVs.
Price reduction varies in model, which benefits High as 92,900 on Gorkha 6.81 lakhs on Urbania. Looks at the lack of passenger 4.52 lakhs, above tracks 3.21 lakhs, and up by monobus 2.66 lakhs.
Speaking on development, Shri Prasan Firodia, Managing Director of Force Motors Limited, said that GST rationalization was a historical reform for the auto industry. He said, “Mass mobility solutions like traveler, urbania and tracks will be more accessible, will enable safe and more reliable public transport. Ambulances will also be benefited by this relaxation, reducing the financial burden on healthcare providers,” he said. He also welcomed the removal of compensation cessation, calling it a structural change that would stimulate demand, promote the festive season, and strengthen the government’s make-in-India vision.

The company expects a strong demand during the festive season and has encouraged customers to book quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Established in 1958, Force Motors today operates five manufacturing facilities across India and employs over 10,000 people. The company has established strong participation with global vehicle manufacturers, producing engine for every Mercedes-Benz and BMW vehicle manufactured in India. Its joint venture with Rolls-Royce forces the MTU power system-supplies advanced engines to the child-wishes.
