In an interview with HT lifestyle, Dr. Monal Velangi, senior dietist, nutritional and dietary science, KJ Somaiya Hospital and Research Center, Somaiya Ayurihar said, “Exquisite is necessary, yet with the advance plan, there is no need to damage health while celebrating.”

The dietist shared some tips to ensure that we promote our immune system, enjoying all festivals:

1. Pampered your immunity with proper foods

Late night, movement and heavy food with festivals that reduce energy. To stay active, pay attention to energy-erosion foods. Protein from lentils, milk and nuts keeps you filled for a long time, while antioxidants such as oranges, berries and greens such as oranges, berries and greens form immunity. Nuts and seeds give healthy fats, and water water, coconut water, or buttermilk maintains energy. 3. Smart exchange for party staple
