RPSC SI Recruitment 2025: 1015 Application for sub-inspector vacancies to start from August 10, check the details

From Rajasthan Public Service Commission, RPSC, Sunday, August 10, 2025, the application process for the recruitment of Deputy Superintendents and Platoon Commander in Rajasthan Police is scheduled. Eligible and interested candidates will be able to apply for the recruitment campaign on the official website on rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.

Alternatively, candidates can also apply on sso.rajasthan.gov.in on the SSO portal.

Candidates should note that the last date to apply is September 8, 2025.

Vacancy Description:

Through the recruitment drive, RPSC aims to fill a total of 1015 vacancies. Details are given below:

1. Sub Inspector (AP): 896 posts
2. Sub Inspector (AP) Sahariya: 4 posts
3. Sub Inspector (AP) Scheduled Area: 25 posts
4. Sub Inspector (IB): 26 Posts
5. Platoon Commander (RAC): 64 posts

Eligibility:

To apply for the recruitment drive, candidates have to meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. The applicant should have any university degree included by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or an Act of another educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature, or to be declared as a university under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.

Or

There is a similar qualification recognized by the government in consultation with the Commission.

2. The applicant should have knowledge of Rajasthani culture along with doing Hindi work written in Devanagari script.

3. Age: The applicant should not be less than 25 years on January 1, 2026 and should not exceed 25 years. There is a discount in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates and women candidates.

RPSC has given three years exemption to the candidates who are oversees on January 1, 2025 as per provisions.

Category-wise applications are as follows:

1. General, EWS and OBC: 600
2. SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creeme Layer): 400
3. People with benchmark difficulties: 400

2. Click on the link to apply for RPSC Sub Inspector/Platoon Commander Recruitment 2025 on the home page.
3. Fill the details to complete a time registration process, if not registered before.
4. Enter your credentials to log in and submit
5. Fill the application form, upload the required documents, and pay the application fee.
6. Submit the application after carefully reviewed.
7. Download the confirmation page, and keep the printout of the same for future reference.
