The Supreme Court reserved its order on the plea to cancel the bail given by the Karnataka High Court on Thursday, 24 July by the Karnataka High Court in the Renukaswamy murder case, and saw the court’s approach “disturbed”. The order was also criticized as a “perverted practice of judicial power”.
A bench of Justices JB Pardwala and R Mahadan reserved the order after hearing the arguments from both sides. The apex court asked the lawyers to appear to some accused to file written presentations in a week time.

Talking about the bail order of the High Court on Darshan Thogudeep and others, the Supreme Court said, “In a light vein, you don’t think the High Court has originally acquitted an order of all seven? There are ways to hand over the reasons and reasons.”

Darshan Thogudeep, actress Pavithra Gowda and many others are accused of kidnapping and harassing 33 -year -old Renukaswamy, a fan who allegedly sent obscene messages to Pavithra. There are allegations against actor Darshan and others that Renukaswamy was held for three days and tortured. His body had recovered from a drain.
On January 24, the apex court issued a notice to the actor, Pavithra Gowda and others in the case on the petition of the state government.
