Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has issued TNPSC Group 2 Recruitment 2025 notification. A total of 645 Group 2 and Group 2A vacancies will be filled through the recruitment campaign. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website tnpsc.gov.in. The application window will be closed on August 13, 2025.
TNPSC has issued Group -2 and Group 2A exam notification for the posts of Deputy Registrar, Senior Revenue Inspector, Forester, Junior Employment Officer and others. Total vacancies are divided with 50 vacancies with group 2 (interview posts) and 595 vacancies with Group 2A (non-interview post), briefly 645 vacancies.
An application improvement window is available from 18 to 20 August 2025. The admit cards will be released 7 to 10 days before the preliminary examination, which is scheduled for September 28, 2025.
To apply, candidates have to go to the official website, register or log, fill the application form, upload the necessary documents, pay the application fee and submit the form. They should be between 18 and 26 years of age.

TNPSC Group 2 Recruitment 2025: Exam Pattern
This year, the Commission has implemented significant changes in the syllabus and examination patterns, including the introduction of general English in the preliminary examination and adjustment in the main structure.
The selection process varies between Group 2 (Interview Post) and Group 2A (non-interview post). Group 2 (Interview Post) has 50 vacancies and includes a preliminary examination (purpose type), a main written examination (descriptive type), and an interview/personality test. On the other hand, for Group 2A (non-interview post). Through which 595 vacancies will be filled, candidates will have to appear for single written test (objective type).
