Preeti Zinta’s pilates routine aims to promote spinal mobility. Here is that the body’s balance and spinal strength is important.

At the age of 50, Preeti keeps the fitness bar higher. From performing acute leg routine to spine mobility workouts, Preeti’s fitness videos are often on her Instagram profiles and inspire their followers that they need to hit the gym.
On 25 April, Preeti shared a fresh video from her Pilates season, where she created a challenging routine and prepared us to take notes. “A strong spine is a basis for both good health and character. In the video, Preeti can be seen hanging on a Pilates cadilac and performing an intense routine and working on the spine dynamics and strength. In the video, Preeti can be seen pushing her main muscles and spine upwards and then pulling it sideways. Pilates, quoting the inventor of Joseph Pilates, Preeti wrote, “You are as young as your spine is flexible.”
